As a non-university research institution, the IfL works in a rapidly developing, international environment that offers exciting challenges but also places special demands on our employees. In addition to the training and further education of our scientific staff, we are therefore particularly concerned with the in-service training of our technical and administrative staff. In particular, we promote the requirement-specific further training of our employees through individual offers and support them in their own professional development.
