A session co-organised by the IfL deals with questions on the new virtuality of border research
"Borders, borderlands and bordering" are the focus of this year's mainly virtual Annual Conference of the Royal Geographical Society (RGS) with Institute of British Geographers (IBG). Based on their experiences of the methodological reorientation under Covid-19 in their (In-)Security at the internal Schengen border project, IfL researchers Kristine Beurskens and Nona Renner are organising a session on the new virtuality of border research together with Judith Miggelbrink from TU Dresden.
More information on the session "Exploring borders with Zoom and Co? The new virtuality of border research" can be found in the Call for Papers (the deadline for submissions has passed).
